Noel is responsible for the strategic management of capital, including the optimal use of debt, equity, and cash at both the corporate and property levels; managing and developing relationships with lenders and equity sources; managing covenant compliance; overseeing surety relationships; financial analysis of new and existing projects; and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to Newland’s investors.



Prior to joining Newland, Noel held positions in investment banking at McGladrey Capital Markets, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Paine Webber, and in private equity at Fowler Flanagan Partners. While working in this field he played key roles in transaction evaluation, marketing and transaction management. His responsibilities included financial analysis, consulting, negotiation, and execution of merger and acquisition transactions, as well as raising capital for a variety of industries. At Fowler Flanagan his responsibilities included both acquisitions and construction management for multifamily projects.

Noel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
