"I'm inspired by being a part of a great company and culture that truly cares about what they do and how they do it. We get to create incredible places and experiences collaborating with a variety of people with different expertise. It is very rewarding to work hard and see life happening in the quality places we create, forever memories being made, and knowing those places will last the test of time." — Alex McLeod
