Vicki Mullins provides strategic financial leadership and management of capital, investor relations, financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax, information technologies, and risk management functions within the company. She is Chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the Executive Committee, providing strategic direction for Newland’s active communities and new business opportunities.
Prior to joining Newland, Vicki was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Prometheus Real Estate Group, an owner, manager, and developer of multifamily and commercial real estate. She was responsible for overseeing operations, development, finance, accounting, information technologies, and human resources. As Vice President of Finance and Accounting of The Irvine Company, Vicki's responsibilities included overseeing the financial operations of apartment and condominium development, management, and sales. Prior to that, Vicki served as Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in their Newport Beach, CA office.
Vicki graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed California Real Estate Broker. Vicki serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for The Olson Company. She is an Urban Land Institute Governor, and Policy Advisory Board member for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, University of California at Berkeley, and Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, University of San Diego.
