Newland Contributes to ULI San Diego/Tijuana Trends Report
Urban Land Institute (ULI) is the real estate voice regionally, in the US, and globally, providing trends and analysis to its membership. Inspired by ULI's Emerging Trends in Real Estate report, the San Diego-Tijuana District Council of ULI has created a trends report specifically for the local region. Considered one of the most highly regarded forecast reports in land use and real estate, this localized version looks at key market sectors, including Office, Industrial, Retail, and Housing. A number of ULI San Diego-Tijuana's expert members contributed, lending their insights and forecasts to create the report. Peter Dennehy, Vice President Customer and Market Research for Newland, authored the Property Outlook: For-Sale Housing Market Overview, which provides an overview of the area's housing market assessing demand trends, submarket overviews, peer metro comparisons, and housing affordability.
