What Matters Most to Millennials When Buying Their First Home
Current research from Clovered, a home insurance resource, indicates that Millennials have much higher expectations when buying their first home when it comes to the area of the home and the home's features. Surveying more than 1,000 consumers about their home purchase, Clovered found that affordability, low crime rates, and commute time topped the list of Millennial wants in a location. When it can to specific home features, Millennials wanted central air conditioning, private backyard, and storage most in their new homes.
